An attractive late 18th century engraving of Castle Acre Castle, Norfolk — within a page of descriptive text — which was engraved by Sparrow and published in Francis Grose’s The Antiquities of England & Wales (London: S. Hooper, 1773-1787).

  • This is an original copperplate engraving with later hand colour.
  • Printed area is approximately 15.3cms by 10.7cms (engraving only) and 15.3cms by 19cms (with text). The text continues onto the back.
