An attractive 19th century view of St. David’s Cathedral, Pembroke (Welsh: Eglwys Gadeiriol Tyddewi) which was sketched, drawn and engraved by B. Baud, C. Warren and B. Winkles, respectively, and published in [Henry] Winkles’s Architectural and Picturesque Illustrations of the Cathedral Churches of England and Wales (London: Effingham Wilson and Charles Tilt, 1836?1842). This work was highly influential at the time, helping to inspire the revival of Gothic architecture in 19th century Britain.
