An attractive and picturesque early 19th century view of Byland Abbey, near Ryedale in the North Yorkshire Moors, which was drawn and engraved by the Reverend Richard Salwey Booth and J. Storer, respectively, and published in John Britton & Edward W. Brayley’s The Beauties of England and Wales (London: Vernor & Hood, 1801-1815).
