A charming and attractive 18th century view of Hurst Castle, Hampshire which was engraved for P. Russell and O. Price’s England Displayed (London: Adlard & Browne, 1769).

  • This is an original copperplate engraving with later hand colour.
  • The approximate size of the printed area is 24.3cms by 16.8cms (including top and bottom title).
  • The engraving is in very good condition with decent margins. The is a small area in the ‘sky’ where the paper is thinner but this is hardly noticeable. Click on image for a better view.
  • The item comes displayed in a ready to frame acid free mount.
